A big thank you to MeatCo. at Mt Pleasant here at Mackay. I walked in hoping to find some Boerwors to cook at the Mackay Outdoor Adventure Expo and I found a whole fridge full of them. Lots of interesting flavours too, im really looking forward to cooking them up.
If you are in the area, its well worth checking these guys out. It's more than just a butcher shop, it has a delicatessen and a cafe as well. 👍
